BPT Fitness is seeking a Certified Personal Trainer to work in a dynamic and fitness studio that is built to help others maximize their potential and results for personal fitness goals. Opportunities will include building your own personal clientele base and overseeing daily operations with clients aimed at helping you progress as fitness professional. BPT Fitness provides personalized attention, professional instruction, and exercise programming to each member to maximize the member’s health, fitness, and wellness goals while providing the highest level of customer safety and service.

Position Overview Responsibilities, including but not limited to: Work with Fitness Director to develop your personal business plan; provide appointments to new members. Ensure health history requirements are satisfied; Create and manage a system where all clients are called and confirmed one day in advance; Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their results; Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression; Manage client files and document exercise progress; Identify special population needs; Respect client confidentiality; Actively participate in weekly team meetings; Ensure that the fitness floor and equipment is safe, clean, in working order and well maintained; Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention; Adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook; Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development

Current certification, preferably with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED certification.

Proven track record obtaining and retaining clientele; 1 years’ experience, preferred; Excellent verbal and written communications; Excels in time management and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Part-time position with potential for full-time opportunities; includes evenings and weekend shifts. Opportunities will include building your own personal clientele base and overseeing daily operations with clients aimed at helping you progress as fitness professional.
